Hi my name is Dr Nathan Cook and I am located on the Gold Coast, in sunny Australia. I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Accredited Sports Dietitian (AccSD) with a PhD in Nutrition & Dietetics (Aggregate food waste measurement and management in hospital food services).

I am extremely passionate about personal and professinal development. I enjoy the art of conversation and suporting others who are eager to succed in their chosen field.

My interests include sports nutrition, food sustainability, food waste, running, research, innovation and entrepeneruhsip. Specicially, any initiatives aiming to achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals are fascinating to learn about and often capture my eye due to their importance and relevance in current times. I believe reaching human, animal and planetary welfare through the activities we complete in our daily lives should be at the forfront of everyones pesonal and professional goals.
