Now that I have completed my research internship (Honours, PhD), I am extremely excited to be apart of the academic community where I can design pragmatic research projects that have real world application. Previosuly, I have completed research in quality improvement for healthcare delivery, food waste measurement and management in hospital food services, innovative foods designed for hospital patients and organic food in hospital food services. I have many research interests and am eager to learn new methods and apply them to different fields that will allow me to diversify my output and gain recognition in this profession.
